Daniel Cruz is a Chilean visual artist, Master of Arts from the University of Chile and Certificate in Max / MSP / Jitter Harvestworks, Digital Media Arts Center, New York USA.
It is also academic assistant at the University of Chile. Develop teaching, investigation and artistic creation from individual and collective projects.
For the development of their projects and research in the area of Art and New Technologies, has received the Research and Creative DI Arts Scholarship, University of Chile 2006-2007 and DAV Creation Scholarship, University of Chile 2008, which adds supported by the Fund for the Promotion of the Arts Council for Culture and Arts of the Government of Chile, on numerous occasions.
Since 1999 he participated in solo and group exhibitions in galleries, museums, cultural institutions and public space in Chile and foreign.
Carolina Pino is a visual artist. Lives and works in Chile. His work explores and questions the intersection of art and new media, developing projects that combine sculpture, devices and technology, which also involves social change and human behavior.
The interest of this artist are displayed through education and development of creative technical knowledge of new technologies and their movements. Carolina has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Chile, with post-graduate studies in cultural management at the Catholic University of Chile and courses of art and architecture at Columbia University, USA. It also has a Masters in Interactive Telecommunications Program at the University of New York.
Has been supported by the Fund for the Promotion of the Arts Council for Culture and Arts of the Government of Chile, on numerous occasions, and a Fulbright scholarship in 2005 and the prestigious Dean’s Fellowship from the Tisch School that year.
Among other samples, Carolina Pino has exhibited in “PROSPECTIVES International Digital Arts Festival, Reno, NV, USA, 2009, Museum of Contemporary Art, Chile, 2009 and the Triennale of Milan, Italy, 2009.
